This workshop is focused on building resilience in an immediate and practical way in a richly informative, fun lunchtime workshop.

We'll cover:

  • Simple practices to use if you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or burned out.

  • Learn how these practices increase your capacity for visionary leadership, creativity and ease in your nervous system.

We do this by starting with the body, where we feel stress most directly. We'll focus on  trauma-informed practices derived from various somatic disciplines.

Facilitated by Elizabeth Ferguson, Ph.D., Founder of Climate Compassion, Certified Leadership Embodiment coach and trainer of compassion-based resilience.
