Parts Work for Planetary Crises

Parts Work is an effective, empowering and dignifying approach to working with the emotions and aspects of us that arise as we face into our big planetary crises and take action. It is a transformative shift in how we relate to our inner ecosystem, and offers easy-to-learn practices that increase ease and wise leadership. (1-hour introduction up to a  6-week course)

  • Discover, map and attend to internal parts

  • Recognize innate wholeness (the aspect of us that is not a part)

  • Learn the skills of unblending and attending to parts

  • Explore “Self-Leadership” and leading from wholeness

Compassion-Based Resilience

Emotional resilience based in compassion is transformative. It allows challenges and difficult emotions  to become catalysts for growth, reduces burnout, and supports a harmonious environment inside and out. (Usually 1 hour or 90 minutes, but can be expanded with more practice opportunities.)

  • Distinguish compassion and empathy to avoid burnout

  • Nourish inner compassion and address obstacles to self-care

  • Expand outward compassion and open up to deep wellsprings of support

  • Learn practices for compassionate teams and workplaces

  • Experience how “Transformative Resilience” allows challenges to become calaysts for growth

Awakening and Action

When we recognize our interconnectedness and interbeing, the whole world appears differently. We are both attuned to the suffering in the world, and the innate essence that is undaunted and unharmed. Where these two meet, compassionate action springs forth. (Usually 90 minutes)

  • Recognizing and attuning with essential nature

  • Welcoming personal and emotional challenges as portals to deepening awakening

  • Engage in contemplative inquiry into what action is being called forth

  • Explore deepening in presence, interbeing and service
